50 Cent Files Defamation Lawsuit Against Ex Daphne Joy Over Rape and Abuse Allegations

Rapper 50 Cent has taken legal action against his ex-girlfriend Daphne Joy, filing a defamation lawsuit in response to her public accusations of rape and physical abuse.

The lawsuit comes amid an ongoing online battle between the former couple, sparked by a sex trafficking lawsuit filed against music mogul Diddy, in which Joy was named as a sex worker allegedly paid by the Bad Boy Records founder.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, 50 Cent claims that Joy’s Instagram post, which has garnered over 22,000 likes, was made in retaliation to his decision to seek sole custody of their 11-year-old son, Sire.

The rapper alleges that Joy’s post has led to vile online comments and has severely damaged his business reputation and child custody case.

In the lawsuit, 50 Cent states that he made the decision to seek full custody after Joy was named in the lawsuit against Diddy.

He claims that Joy’s lawyers demanded “millions of dollars” and for him to drop his custody suit in exchange for her removing the post, which he describes as “clearly extortive.”

The In Da Club rapper is seeking damages in excess of $1 million and a court order requiring Joy to take down her post and refrain from making any further defamatory comments. Joy has yet to respond to the lawsuit.

The legal battle between 50 Cent and Joy began in March when the rapper branded his ex a “sex worker” in an Instagram post, sharing a photo of Diddy and Joy together in Miami Beach in 2021.

He accused her of turning to Diddy for money after he turned down her advances.

Joy responded by accusing 50 Cent of rape, physical abuse, and being an absent father to their son in a blistering Instagram post.

Didi has a similar case and is being trolled by 50 Cent.

50 Cent denied the allegations in a statement to DailyMail.com, stating that Joy’s accusations were in response to his decision to seek sole custody of Sire.

The lawsuit against Diddy, filed by music producer Rodney ‘Lil Rod’ Jones, accuses the mogul of ordering him to recruit sex workers and engage in sexual activities for Diddy’s pleasure.

Jones also claims to have hundreds of hours of video documenting Diddy’s alleged illegal activities.

As the legal battle between 50 Cent and Daphne Joy continues, the shocking allegations surrounding Diddy have sent shockwaves through the music industry.

The outcome of these lawsuits could have significant implications for all parties involved.
