Fans Express Concern Over Tiger Woods’ Appearance in Viral Video from Las Vegas Charity Poker Event

A recent video of golfing legend Tiger Woods from his own charity poker event in Las Vegas has gone viral on social media, sparking concern among his fans. The clip, captured by American professional poker player Phil Hellmuth during the Tiger Jam poker charity event, shows Woods answering questions on camera. However, the 15-time major winner’s appearance and demeanor have raised eyebrows among his supporters, with some questioning whether he had consumed too much alcohol.

Tiger Woods look shocks fans.

In the video, Woods is seen staring into the camera, with some likening his appearance to that of a waxwork model. The clip has divided opinions among fans, with some expressing genuine concern for the golfer’s well-being and others defending his right to enjoy a night out in Las Vegas.

One golf fan account on social media questioned whether anyone close to Woods could intervene and provide him with the help he may need. The post read, “Can we be real for a second here? Is there nobody close enough to him in his camp that can step in and get him some real help? Somebody in his family? Anyone? No one wants to see him like this. It sucks.”

Other users speculated about Woods’ state, with comments such as “Tiger Woods easily off 3 perks & 7 vodka sodas in this video” and “Tiger is absolutely sauced talking about Mars.”

However, many fans were quick to come to Woods’ defense, arguing that he was simply enjoying himself and that there was nothing inherently wrong with his behavior. One user responded, “I dont [sic] get what they are supposed to be stopping? Hes [sic] chilling you weirdo.” Others echoed similar sentiments, questioning the need for concern and emphasizing that Woods was merely “living life” and that his foundation was doing “fabulous things.”

Woods was once busted in a DUI charge in May 2017 near his home in Florida, USA.

DailyMail.com has reached out to Woods’ camp for comment on the viral video and the ensuing fan reactions.

In the clip, Woods discusses the success of his TGR Foundation with Hellmuth, highlighting the stories of kids who have flourished in college after receiving an education through his organization. He mentions prestigious institutions such as Stanford, Harvard, MIT, and Yale, where these students have gone on to do “amazing things.”

This is not the first time Woods has faced public scrutiny related to his personal life. In 2017, he was arrested near his home in Jupiter Island, Florida, for driving under the influence. He pleaded guilty to reckless driving and received probation, along with fines and mandatory community service. In 2009, Woods crashed his car outside his Windermere, Florida, home amid allegations of extramarital affairs. He later acknowledged using Ambien and spent time in rehab for Vicodin and Ambien addiction, as well as sex addiction.

Most recently, in 2021, Woods survived a serious rollover car crash in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. Reports indicated that he was driving over 80mph, nearly twice the speed limit, at the time of the accident.

As the viral video continues to circulate and generate discussion, fans remain divided on the significance of Woods’ appearance and the appropriate level of concern for the golfing icon’s well-being.
