Three people were injured when a car drove into a crowd celebrating the Philadelphia Eagles’ playoff victory Sunday night, police said. The incident took place around 9:30 p.m. near Center City following the Eagles’ 55-23 win over the Washington Commanders in the NFC Championship Game at Lincoln Financial Field.

The driver is in custody, and authorities do not believe the crash was intentional. The victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.

The Eagles will face the Kansas City Chiefs, the two-time defending Super Bowl champions, in the upcoming Super Bowl on February 9 in New Orleans.
