Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, the embattled hip-hop mogul, is facing a new wave of serious allegations, including claims that he “brutally, orally raped” a male employee of a rival clothing company in a Macy’s store stockroom. This shocking accusation is part of six new lawsuits filed against Combs on Monday, adding to the growing list of legal troubles surrounding the rapper.
According to the lawsuit, an unnamed John Doe alleges that the assault took place in the stockroom of Macy’s flagship department store in New York. The plaintiff claims he was working in an Ecko clothing back room when Combs and three bodyguards entered. The victim alleges he was struck “hard around the base of the neck, possibly with a pistol” and knocked down.
The lawsuit then details a disturbing account of Combs allegedly proceeding to “forcefully, and brutally, orally rape the plaintiff” while shouting obscenities and repeatedly referring to him as “Ecko,” presumably in reference to the rival clothing brand.
In a bizarre twist, the lawsuit claims that after the alleged assault, Combs returned to the shop floor and began “distributing merchandise [from his own Sean John clothing line] to an adoring crowd, as if nothing had happened.”
The plaintiff alleges that his attempts to report the incident to Macy’s security were unsuccessful, and he was eventually barred from the store. The lawsuit further claims that Macy’s “pressured Ecko executives to fire the claimant because Macy’s had just signed a multi-million-dollar deal with Sean John Clothing.”
This lawsuit is part of a broader set of legal actions against Combs, which include accusations from over 100 alleged victims of sex trafficking, sexual assault, and racketeering. The new suits filed on Monday involve two women and four men, with allegations ranging from rape and forced oral sex to drugging victims.
One particularly troubling claim comes from a John Doe who alleges Combs groped him at a party in 1998 when he was just 16 years old.
Combs is currently being held in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center and has been denied bail twice. His trial date for criminal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering is set for May 5 next year. Combs has pleaded not guilty to these charges.
The rapper’s legal team has previously stated that Combs “cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus.” Meanwhile, prosecuting attorney Tony Buzbee claims to be representing 120 accusers and warns that “the names will shock you,” hinting at the involvement of “many powerful people” and “many dirty secrets.”
As these new allegations come to light, they add to the growing controversy surrounding Combs and raise serious questions about power dynamics and misconduct in the entertainment industry. The case continues to develop, with potential far-reaching implications for Combs’ career and legacy in the music world.
