Former assistant Lauren Pisciotta has filed an updated 88-page lawsuit against rapper Kanye West, alleging sexual assault, harassment, and anti-Semitic behavior during her employment from 2021 to 2022.
The lawsuit, filed Friday night, includes a serious allegation that West drugged and raped Pisciotta at a party co-hosted with Sean “Diddy” Combs years before she worked for him. Pisciotta claims West only confessed to this incident shortly before her termination in November 2022.
The lawsuit describes West’s alleged sexual obsessions and inappropriate behavior towards employees and guests, claims of anti-Semitic rants and forcing staff to draw swastikas, accusations of workplace harassment and volatile behavior, and allegations of West promising Pisciotta a $4 million salary before wrongfully terminating her employment.
Pisciotta’s filing portrays West as having “ever changing moods” and engaging in elaborate schemes to lure women to sex parties. It also details his alleged anti-Semitic behavior, including praising Adolf Hitler and declaring himself “at war with Jews.”
The lawsuit suggests West’s bipolar disorder contributed to his erratic behavior, with periods of attempted repentance followed by a return to previous conduct “with a vengeance.”
West has previously denied the claims in Pisciotta’s original lawsuit, calling them “baseless” and accusing her of “blackmail and extortion.” He has yet to file a defense against the updated allegations.
