All 50 Democratic Party state chairs have unanimously endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris to be the party’s new presidential nominee, sources familiar with the matter told Jeff Mason, Nandita Bose, and Jarrett Renshaw.
The Democratic chairs held a conference call on Sunday following President Joe Biden’s announcement that he would step aside as the party’s candidate. According to one source, there was “full support” for Harris to be at the top of the ticket.
