Kanye West Sued for Sexual Harassment by Ex-Assistant

Date:

Kanye West’s former executive/personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has filed a lawsuit against him, alleging sexual harassment and wrongful termination. Pisciotta, who previously made a successful living as an OnlyFans model, claims she was hired by Kanye in July 2021 after meeting him while he was assembling his fashion line. She also collaborated with him on three songs for his album “Donda.”

In her lawsuit, Pisciotta states that in July 2022, Kanye asked her to delete her OnlyFans account, promising to pay her $1 million per year if she complied. She agreed, but shortly afterward, Kanye began sending her explicit text messages. One such message read, “See my problem is I be wanting to f*** but then after I f*** I want a girl to tell me how hard they been f***ed while I’m f***ing them. Then I want her to cheat on me …” The texts reportedly included graphic sexual fantasies and vulgar language.

Pisciotta also alleges that Kanye sent her a text stating, “Is my d*** racist? It is. This f***ing racist d*** of mine. I going to beat this f***ing racist d*** for being f***ing racist. I’m going to stare at pictures of white woman with black asses and beat the s*** out of my racist d*** … Beating the s*** out of his big black c***.”

The lawsuit claims that Kanye masturbated during phone conversations with Pisciotta and asked if she could hear or guess what he was doing. Additionally, he was allegedly fixated on the penis size of her boyfriends. Pisciotta states that Kanye sent her numerous sexual videos and photos, including at least two videos of him having sex with a model.

Despite these allegations, Pisciotta says Kanye promoted her to Chief of Staff for his various companies, with a promised salary of $4 million. However, in October 2022, she claims she was fired and offered a $3 million severance package, which she accepted but never received.

Pisciotta is suing Kanye West for breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and creating a hostile work environment.
