By A new accuser has come forward with allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs, claiming he sexually assaulted her multiple times, starting in the 1990s after they met in New York City. The lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, adds to the mounting legal troubles for the music mogul.
April Lampros, who was a student at the Fashion Institute of Technology at the time, alleges that Diddy offered to mentor her in the fashion industry. According to the lawsuit, Diddy showered her with gifts and flowers before they met up in 1995 at a SoHo bar. Lampros claims that Diddy plied her with alcohol and then brought her back to his room at the Millennium Hotel.
In the court documents, Lampros describes feeling ill and disoriented as Diddy allegedly began to force himself on her. She states that although she was conscious, she was unable to defend herself as he raped her. She recalls waking up the next morning “nude, sore, and confused.”
Months later, Lampros alleges that Diddy contacted her again, promising access to music industry events. Describing herself as a “hopeful yet naive college student,” she claims she decided to give him a second chance. According to the lawsuit, while walking to his car in a parking garage on their way to dinner, Diddy forced her to perform oral sex. A garage attendant witnessed the incident, but Diddy was reportedly unfazed.
Following this, Lampros says she rejected Diddy’s continued invitations, which led him to become angry and threatening. She claims he adopted a “mobster persona” and called her incessantly, threatening to blacklist her in the industry.
Lampros recounts another incident in 1996 when Diddy allegedly “ordered” her to his apartment, where she met Kim Porter. She claims Diddy forced ecstasy down her throat and demanded she have sex with Porter while he masturbated, eventually raping her again.
Lampros states she finally broke things off with Diddy in 1998. However, she had a run-in with Porter at a restaurant where Lampros worked. According to the lawsuit, Porter falsely accused Lampros of trying to poison her, resulting in her being fired after Diddy threatened the restaurant owner.
In late 2000 or early 2001, Lampros alleges another encounter with Diddy at Rockefeller Center. After exchanging pleasantries, she claims Diddy came back to her apartment and “violently grabbed her and forced himself onto her,” but she managed to fight him off.
The lawsuit also mentions that last year, someone informed Lampros’ then-boyfriend that they had seen a video of her having sex with Diddy. Lampros alleges Diddy recorded the encounter without her knowledge and showed the video to multiple people.
Lampros is suing Diddy for sexual assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The lawsuit also names Bad Boy Records, Arista, and Sony Music Entertainment as defendants, alleging they enabled Diddy’s behavior.
TMZ reached out to Diddy’s representatives for comment but has not yet received a response. Lampros’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, is also representing other clients with lawsuits against Diddy, including Rodney Jones, Liza Gardner, and Grace O’Marcaigh, who has filed a lawsuit against Diddy’s son, Christian Combs, for alleged sexual assault.
This lawsuit follows another filed earlier this week by former model Crystal McKinney, who accuses Diddy of a sexual assault in 2003.
