The posting spree came on the same day that U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Mike Waltz told Fox News Sunday that strikes on Iran had been paused as Trump was giving diplomatic talks some space.

One of the most widely shared posts showed a fake movie poster titled “Trump x Washington,” depicting Trump pulling George Washington to safety with Mount Rushmore visible in the background.
“The past was about to change,” the imagined film’s tagline read. “History was about to be saved.”
Another post showed an AI-generated poster for a fictional science fiction film called “Cosmic Commander,” featuring a symbol resembling the insignia from Star Trek.
Several posts focused on the Iran war. One showed U.S. fighter planes striking Kharg Island, a major oil terminal in the Strait of Hormuz. Another depicted Trump looming large in the sky as military jets flew across a region labeled “Iran” with explosions in the background. The caption read: “Guardians of the World.”
In another image, Trump stood at the helm of a military vessel wearing a hat that read “FAFO.”
Multiple posts promoted “Trump 2028” imagery. One showed Trump smoking a cigar and wearing a hat reading “Trump 2028.” Another featured a giant “Trump 2028” coffee mug surrounded by a crowd.
Trump also targeted CNN anchor Kaitlan Collins. One image showed Collins’s face superimposed onto the body of transgender social media personality Dylan Mulvaney, referencing Mulvaney’s 2023 Bud Light partnership. Trump had criticized both Collins and Mulvaney at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner on Friday.
A separate image showed a wall labeled “North America Air Filter Barrier” spanning the U.S.-Canada border, appearing to reference Trump’s previous complaints about wildfire smoke drifting south from Canada. The image showed clear blue skies on both sides of the barrier.
What Others Are Saying
The posting spree drew criticism from an unexpected source.
Former Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene took issue with a separate AI-generated video posted by the official White House account, Newsweek confirmed. The animated clip showed a cartoon-style rocket launching into space with the caption “Hop in… best dimension yet.”
Greene reposted the video on X.
“People can’t afford gas, groceries, rent, and healthcare and this is the weird embarrassing crap the official White House account is putting out,” Greene wrote.
Newsweek reached out to the White House for comment and did not immediately receive a response.

Trump’s use of AI-generated imagery has expanded well beyond campaign messaging into a wide range of political and cultural territory.
